- Feedback & Communications: Messages or reports you send to our support team.
When you use the App, certain information is collected automatically to ensure the App functions correctly and to help us improve its performance:
- Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
- Usage Analytics: Features accessed, session duration, frequency of use, and screens visited within the App.
- Crash & Diagnostic Data: Error logs and crash reports to help us diagnose technical issues.

After the retention period expires, we securely delete or anonymize your data so that it can no longer be associated with you.
- We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal data from children under 13.
- We do not allow children under 13 to create accounts or use the App.
- We do not use children's data for advertising or profiling purposes.
If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information without verified parental consent, we will take immediate steps to delete such information from our systems. GrowUp AI is developed in India and may utilize servers and services located in various countries, including the United States (via Firebase/Google Cloud). If you are located outside India, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries with different data protection laws than your country of residence.
By using GrowUp AI, you consent to the transfer of your information to these countries. We ensure that such transfers are made in compliance with applicable data protection laws and that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information.
- We rely on Google's Standard Contractual Clauses for data transfers from the European Economic Area (EEA) and United Kingdom.
- For users in India, we comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
- For users in the EEA, we process data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
